Another year without you, I know you’re there for me
Each morning I watch and there he sits, the robin on the tree
I’m lost for words this year which is very strange for me
I normally wake up with a little verse in the early hours 2 or 3
Time is a healer, I once didn’t agree
It does, in time it takes a while now I understand and see
That doesn’t mean you’re forgotten, you’re thought of in every way
I hope it’s a better place in Heaven, I’ll see you again Dad one day
