Why Can't I Find My Tribute?
Published 03/07/2020
Once you have submitted your tribute on any notice, your tribute enters our moderation queue. Here a dedicated team will check the content and process it through, making it live on the website shortly after. Until the tribute has been successfully moderated you will be unable to see this on the intended notice. We understand how important tributes are, so we make it our aim to have these moderated as quickly as possible. For convenience and peace of mind, we will keep you informed via email and you will be notified to confirm the notice is live. Our moderating team operates between 09.00-23.00 Monday-Sunday and will aim to process your tribute within 30 minutes. Tributes left outside these hours will be checked and processed as soon as possible the following day.

Moderation
Published 03/07/2020
At funeral-notices.co.uk we aim to create a sensitive, appropriate and impartial place for all our loyal readers to browse notices, share memories of loved ones and mark special occasions with tributes. To ensure we achieve this, our moderation team will check all content which is placed online to ensure it meets these standards. During moderation our dedicated team check every tribute, candle, photo and video to ensure all content in appropriate and contains no bad language or offensive imagery before it is visible on the site. We reserve the right to amend any content you submit before it goes live on your chosen notice, such as removing bad language from within the wording. If we deem the entirety of the tribute / photo/ video inappropriate, we will decline this at the moderation stage and you will be notified by email that we have been unable to publish your request.

The decision to leave a tribute, light a candle or add a photo or video to a notice is purely down to you. It is free to leave as many tributes as you would like on all of the notices that are important to you. Feedback we have had from many families is that their notice and the tributes received bring them great comfort whilst they are grieving.
