Beloved wife of John, devoted mother of Gareth and Paul, and much loved grandmother to Dylan and Keira. Loving sister of Kay and Philippa, and a dear sister-in-law and aunt.

Funeral service taking place at Swansea Crematorium at 12:00 midday on Wednesday 1st May.

Family flowers only; donations in lieu welcomed, supporting Alzheimer's Society, via: https://jan-lewis.muchloved.com, or by cheque to the charity c/o C. Meirion Hopkin & Son, 96 High Street, Clydach, Swansea SA6 5LN.
