John Jeremiah (Jerry)LEEChristine, Louise and all Jerry's family would like to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards, flowers, donations to charity and kind messages of sympathy and support at this time, and to all whom attended the service to celebrate Jerry's life.

A special thank you to the District Nurses who visited our home many times and to all the Doctors and Nurses at Ward 16 at Scunthorpe General Hospital for the dedicated, caring attention given to both Jerry and his family throughout his illness.

Finally, thank you to Canon Matthew Jakes for his comforting Mass Service, to Tony for being so kind and thoughtful throughout and the rest of the staff at J Naylor Funeral Directors for the efficient arrangements, Little Yellow House Flower Shop for the beautiful floral tributes and the staff at RAOB Club for providing the excellent refreshments following the service.
