Gerard, a Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad. Dad we don't have words to say how we feel. We can't describe the heartache and the pain we felt when God took you away from us. A Dad in a million, thanks for always being there, no matter what we did we knew we could always rely on you to support us in the happy times and the sad. You have left a hole in our lives that no one could ever fill, but you have left us with a lifetime of wonderful memories. We were so lucky to have you in our lives, your unconditional love will always remain with us. Every day spent with you and every story you told will remain in our hearts. Our world will never be the same without you in it. You shaped us into what we are today. It's time for the Angels to take you away and reunite you with your loving wife Ellen. Rest in peace Dad, your broken-hearted children Gerard, Christine, John and Margaret, Sons-in-law Ian and Tony, Daughters-in-law Carol and Nicola, Grandchildren Jane, Kate, Anthony, Gerard, Colleen and Sarah, Great Grandchildren Eleanor, Maggie and Anastasia, and your extended family Stephen, Billy, Ryan, Isaac and Amy. Service is at Our Lady of Walsingham at 10.00, on the 7th November, then at Thornton Crematorium at 11.15, followed by a celebration of life at Our Lady of Walsingham Club.
