I have so many memories of Mike and his amazing caring and generosity. From the early days of DID when he gave me the support and self belief to get through the training and all the development he shared over the subsequent two years, his many stories, the way he would always talk about Kath, Hannah and Faith, our shared links to Suffolk, when I moved and he gave me a couch, visiting him and Cath in Italy and the magic of their home, spending Christmas in Wales How Cath made his whole face light up with happiness. Just to name a few.
I consider myself very lucky to have known him. I know he will be a huge loss to many.

Mike was a remarkable person, with warmth and kindness that touched the lives of everyone around him. His deep friendship with Claudio was truly special, and together, they shared many memorable moments in Italy.
We feel so fortunate to have known him and to have experienced his generous spirit. The news of his passing deeply saddens us. To Mike’s family, we extend our heartfelt condolences. His presence will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will forever remain in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear friend.
