Dearly loved Wife of Dennis.
Much loved Mum of Chloe, Jade and Luke.

Funeral service to take place on Thursday 9th May at the Lelley Fields Crematorium 11.30am (Oak Hall).

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Dove House Hospice and Queens Centre C.H.H, collection plate at the service.

All welcome afterwards at the Lodge Saltshouse Road.
