Philip JohnUNWINPhil passed away suddenly at RSUH on Wednesday, 3rd April, 2024 aged 68 years.
He was a much loved husband to Jen, a devoted dad to Lynsey and a most treasured grandad to Daniel Philip, a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and cousin, a special uncle to Robert.
Phil was a gentleman and true friend to many, who touched the lives of everyone he met.
Funeral service to be held at St Nicholas' Church, Fulford on Friday, 26th April at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment in the churchyard. Will also those wishing to attend please meet at the church.

So sorry to read of your passing Phil. Such a lovely man. A perfect gentleman. Taken too soon. I remember your delight on the birth of your grandson. I always used to ask how he was progressing when I saw you in Tesco. The world will be a darker place without you. Rest in Peace.

Philip is my cousin & we were born on same year, remember we played in our childhood with all cousins, Philip is the one mischievous of all 🤣 , l have many memories of him forever, sleep well Philip 🩷
